New Characters

New NPCs  I'm working on i have not implemented in game yet because i have to deal with there colliders and everything but the game development is going smoothly as its reaching summer i have  a lot of time to do game dev stuff So yea some of the characters maybe scrapped and revamped but ill try my best to get them implemented
